You can bring your sample into our office for testing. If you are out of town/state, please contact our office about sending your sample via mail.
Confidentiality and security measures are paramount to protect the privacy and safety of all parties involved.
We offer two different panel options depending on your needs a Standard and Expanded test.

DRUG FACILITATED ASSAULT PANEL
If you believe you are a victim of drink- or drug facilitated assault, testing is most effective when a urine sample is collected within 1-3 days.
We recommend saving a urine sample if you cannot make it into our office in that timeframe. Store the sample in the refrigerator until use and bring it in ass soon as you are able.

​It may be possible to test for these drugs in hair, however, hair testing shows historical and habitual usage. Because of this, we cannot guarantee results from a one time ocurance.​​​
Unknown Substance Test:
over 1,000 substances and drugs
Tests for more than 1,000 over-the-counter drugs, illicit drugs, prescription drugs and narcotics. This test can provide a preliminary indication of the presence of drugs and help Identify Unknown Substances. This is the most comprehensive test offered.

Unknown Chemicals Test:
poisons, toxins, pesticides, herbicides, rodenticides, disinfectant cleaners, and allergens
An unknown poison and toxin analysis tests for unknown chemicals, poisons, and toxins that include but are not limited to pesticides, herbicides, rodenticides, organic exposure chemicals, painting or cleaning products, and possible allergens. This analysis does not test for drugs or heavy metals.

Heavy Metals Exposure Test:
a wide array of individual heavy metal tests and panels
To test for heavy metals in the body, different sample types can be used depending on the specific metal being investigated. Common sample types include: urine, hair, and sometimes nail clippings. Each sample type provides different information regarding heavy metal exposure.
